Bath: 5 drops in a bathtub with warm water (approx. 1/3 of the volume), bath for 15–20 minutes.
Massage: up to 2% concentration – a few drops per 50 ml of carrier oil; massage into tense/tired areas.
Inhalations: into a bowl/diffuser for runny nose, cough, sinuses.
Compress: a few drops in warm water, soak the compress in the desired area.
Foot soak: a few drops in a bowl of warm water.
Fireplace/Diffuser: a few drops in water or according to the device instructions.
Sauna: 3–4 drops per tablespoon of water, on hot stones.
Room spray: add 25–30 drops of the mixture to 100 ml of spirit.
