The micellar water contains effective active ingredients:

Use:
Moisten a cotton pad with micellar water, clean the skin of the face, neck and cleavage, and then wash it with lukewarm water. Does not require hard rubbing. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water.
