HOW TO USE

Shake the bottle well before use to combine both liquid phases. Apply a small amount of liquid onto a cotton pad. Gently place the soaked cotton pad on your closed eyelids and hold for a few seconds. Gently wipe your eyelids and eyelashes to remove makeup. Repeat the operation if necessary.
