Wibo Waterproof Eyeliner

Deep black waterproof eyeliner. Thanks to a special formula, it stays on the eyelids even in the most extreme conditions. The eyeliner dries quickly, which prevents reflections on the eyelids, and a properly selected brush allows for very easy application.

HOW TO USE

Draw a light line on the eyelid with a gentle stroke. Leave to dry. Close carefully after each use
