HOW TO USE
- The powder should be applied to the sticky layer of colored varnish or Hard Top with a special applicator or with your fingertips. Excess pollen should be removed with a soft brush.
- The whole thing must be secured by applying a layer of Hard Top, which must be cured in a UV or LED lamp.
