NEONAIL PEARL EFFECT 00

Create an amazing effect of pearly glow on your nails. It is possible with Pearl Effect pollen, number 00 has a beautiful, slightly pink shade, which will create a beautifully shimmering stylization. Dust can be used as a delicate decoration on light, colorful hybrid varnishes, and as a shiny surface on darker shades of varnishes.

HOW TO USE

- After applying and curing the base and two layers of color hybrid varnish, apply a layer of Dry Top and cure it in the lamp for 10 seconds.

- Then, using a silicone brush or a sponge-applicator, rub the Pearl Effect pollen into the nail plate. Excess pollen should be removed with a soft brush.

- The whole must be cured using Hard Top .
