Mouthwash provides 6 benefits for oral health and hygiene:

HOW TO USE
Use twice a day. For optimal effectiveness, use in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth. Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a cup, rinse your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out the liquid.
