Shake well before use. Apply a generous amount of lotion to exposed areas of the body 15 minutes before sun exposure. Leave until fully absorbed. Do not spray directly onto face or eyes. Reapply every 2-3 hours, especially after swimming, sweating or towelling. Avoid contact with clothing until absorbed.
