In our drugstore, we sell only new, defect-free products. If a defect occurs, you have the right to file a complaint. You can submit it in writing to our company address (Skiera Cosmetics BV, Koperwerf 27, 2544EM The Hague) or electronically (e-mail: [email protected]).

The complaint should include the following information:

  • description of the product defect;
  • circumstances and date of the defect occurrence;
  • details of the person submitting the complaint;
  • requests regarding the defective product.

We will respond to the complaint within a maximum of 14 days from its submission and inform you accordingly.

Can I return a product? Yes. In the case of online purchases, every customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. In such a case, the customer is obliged to return the purchased products to the above address (within the following 14 days).
