Nigella sativa (Nigella sativa)
Species The plant belongs to the buttercup family. Native to South Asia and West Asia. In Poland, it is a cultivated plant, it can be found in the wild. The strongly branched stem reaches up to 50 cm in height. The follicle, i.e. a single-chamber, multi-seeded fruit topped with dried pistils, contains triangular black seeds with a bitter taste. From the seeds, the plant oil rich in unsaturated fatty acids is obtained in the process of squeezing. Annual plant.
BLACK CUMMIN OIL /Niegella Sativa ( Black Cumin) Seed Oil/
Natural, unrefined, cosmetic, cold-pressed oil obtained from black cumin seeds. It contains about 85% of omega 6 and omega 9 unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins A, B1, B2, CE and PP. The most active component of black cumin oil is thymoquinone with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic properties. It has regenerating properties, smoothes the skin and soothes all kinds of allergies. Perfect for all skin types.

HOW TO USE
- can be used directly on the skin
- cold bath - thanks to the content of thymoquinone, it treats the symptoms of colds. Pour about 10 ml of oil into a bathtub filled with 1/3 of warm water. It is good to additionally pour a few drops of natural eucalyptus oil to strengthen the bath.
