HOW TO USE

Fill the dosing scoop included in the package with the product. Consume the measured portion of fucus thallus directly, or after grinding it in a mortar, once daily with water. It's best to consume it about 2 hours before a meal.

2 g of product constitutes the recommended daily intake. This portion contains 100 to 150 µg of iodine, which corresponds to 66–100% of the Reference Intake.
