METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Adults: Pour a cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of blackthorn fruit ( 2 g ). Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Drink the infusion while still warm.

Recommended daily dose: 2 g of blackthorn fruit, i.e. an infusion prepared from 1 teaspoon of the product, once a day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
