A natural herbal raw material in the form of dried mullein flowers (Verbascum spp.). METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Infusion: pour 250 ml of boiling water over about 1–2 teaspoons of mullein flowers (about 2–3 g).

Cover and steep for about 10–15 minutes, then strain thoroughly.

Drink the infusion 2–3 times a day.

Due to the presence of fine hairs on the flowers, the infusion should always be strained thoroughly before consumption.
