METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Infusion: pour 250 ml of boiling water over about 1–2 teaspoons of dried meadowsweet flowers (about 2–3 g).

Cover and steep for about 10–15 minutes, then strain.

Drink the infusion 2–3 times a day, preferably freshly prepared.
