METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE
Before each use, stir the product thoroughly. Pour 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml) over 1 tablespoon of the mixture ( 5 g). Cover and steep for 30 minutes. Then let steep for 10 minutes and strain. Drink 1 cup of the infusion (250 ml) once daily, preferably 15 minutes before a meal.
