HOW TO USE

Adults: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one teaspoon of sweet woodruff herb (approximately 1 g). Cover and let steep for 15 minutes, then strain. Drink the prepared infusion throughout the day in 5 servings of 50 ml each. The recommended daily dose is 1 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
