HOW TO USE

Adults: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one teaspoon of bedstraw herb (approximately 5 g ). Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain. Drink the freshly prepared, warm infusion once daily. The recommended daily dose is 1.5 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
