HOW TO USE
Massage 3-4 times a week, between 30 and 34 weeks of pregnancy after consulting your midwife/gynecologist or physiotherapist. Soak your thumb in the oil. Make circular movements with your finger between the vaginal opening and the anus. The movements should resemble the movements of a clock from 3 to 9 o'clock, back and forth.
