METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

For skin cleansing: Pour 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml) over 1 tablespoon of ground ivy herb. Cover and steep for about 15 minutes, then strain.

After cooling, use externally to wash the skin or prepare compresses.
