METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Pour 2–3 liters of boiling water over approximately 25 g of dried anthodium flowers. Cover and steep for 20–30 minutes, then strain.

Pour the prepared infusion into a bathtub with warm water.

Recommended bath time: approximately 15–20 minutes.

After bathing, gently dry your skin with a towel.
