METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Pour 2–3 liters of cold water over approximately 50 g of crushed calamus rhizome and leave to soak for approximately 30 minutes.

Then bring to a boil and simmer for about 15–20 minutes. Let it sit for a few minutes, strain, and pour the prepared decoction into a bathtub of warm water.

Recommended bath time: approximately 15–20 minutes.

After bathing, gently dry your skin with a towel.
